For many, failure is viewed negatively. At Airobes, we believe failure can be the best teacher and embrace the ideology of "failing upwards". We are individuals that remain persistently curious. We choose to explore topics that are unfamiliar to us, taking the time to learn new vocabulary and expose ourselves to challenging ideas. We find value in both asking and answering questions as a means of assessing our own knowledge limitations. Ultimately, we carry out our work because we want to, not because we have to.
